In PSalm 124, we read:
If God hadn’t been for us
when everyone went against us,
We would have been swallowed alive
by their violent anger,
Swept away by the flood of rage,
drowned in the torrent;
We would have lost our lives
in the wild, raging water.
The Lord is the One who dismantles the chaos. The people of Israel would be killed by the torrent of the Red Sea, but the Lord provided salvation when the wind dried the sea.
The Lord is the One who organizes the life of each one who was chosen by Him.
If the Lord hadn't been for us, we would lost our lives.
If the Lord hadn't been for me, I would lost my life.
