In Psalm 119: 113-120 we read:
I hate the two-faced,
but I love your clear-cut revelation.
You’re my place of quiet retreat;
I wait for your Word to renew me.
Get out of my life, evildoers,
so I can keep my God’s commands.
Depending on our companies, we find war and anguish. The psalmist hates two-faced people. They are inconstant and untrustworthy. The evildoers block us to keep God's commands. It is good to be with the Lord's people.
I need peace and rest that only the Lord can provide me because He is my retreat.
